I am an early-career educational psychologist. I completed my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at the Pennsylvania State University in Fall 2021. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at FHI 360. My research focuses on postsecondary students' self-regulated learning and metacognition, especially in STEM. I'm particularly interested in studying students' metacognitive monitoring and developing effective interventions that support students' monitoring process. My work also involves educational technology, psychological measurement, and faculty development. I am a quantitative researcher by training but also use mixed-methods designs in my research. In my spare time, I play tennis with my spouse, enjoy cooking and baking, and spend time with my two cats, Arya and Sasha.
